ViewComponentProperties: proof of concept for managing component properties (CSS classes)

While this doesn't specifically impact ViewComponent, I said in my PR last month that I'd update on something I was working on related to ViewComponent which I thought was interesting.. This is still very much in progress, but I have recently pushed a part of this work: https://github.com/simonrand/view_component_properties

This is still somewhat a proof of concept for managing "properties" on components (essentially the CSS that is allowed to be applied to a component). However, when combined with something like Tailwind, so far, this seems to be providing a very interesting and straightforward way to constrain the CSS available to components, helping with consistency and ease of implementation of the original design intent (of a new internal tool design system we are working on).

As I say, not entirely relevant, but perhaps this may be of interest to some of you..

It's crazy to read your code and realize how similar it is to what we have built internally for working with the Primer design system. I'm hoping we can share our implementation of this approach soon.

Ah very interesting to hear we're working along the same lines of thinking.. We've still a lot of work to do to really prove this, there's some other parts of this which are very much early ideas - but as we work through this I hope we'll be able to put more parts of this into the public domain - would be great to see at that point how close our respective approaches are!
