Set up (CI/CD) Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipeline

It'd be nice to set up CI/CD (continuous integration / continuous delivery ) so that we don't need to manually pull code changes for every code change, and recompile and restart, it would just do it for us automatically. Not sure how much work it is to set up, but it'd probably be less work in the long run to automate code updates.
