Issue Description

My laptop won't shut down it only goes into a sleep state. Every time I go to shut it down it restarts

Steps to Reproduce

  • Shutdown laptop
  • let it do it's thing
  • it restarts

On what version of Vanilla OS this happens?

22.10

Additional Information

OS: Vanilla OS 22.10-r8
Laptop: ThinkPad t14s AMD Gen 1

Update Oct 14, 2023

I noticed that when I hold the physical power button down it shuts down completely, but when I use the power off feature via software. It restarts.
