Since latest beta release, when steam is closed (Running in background) windows keeps appearing

I have the Steam Window closed, I'm using tray icon extension support on Gnome, so it's running on the background, by itself the window opens again without me opening it

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open Steam
2. Close the Window
3. Wait for the window to show up itself

UPDATE: It also closes by it self, and then opens, and like that all the time. I keep seeing this on the logs:
