[Feature Request] - Add option to restore Deck "wink" sleep animation on non-Deck devices

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

The Steam Deck beta client update notes from 1/3/25 mention "Updated suspend animation when not on Steam Deck". The new animation works, but it looks a bit underwhelming with how dark it is on my ROG Ally when compared to the previous Deck wink animation. Maybe it would make sense to add a toggle to restore the old wink in the customization section?
