textures bug

Description

some of my dota textures are swapped with other randomly it looks really weird i've reinstalled dota and checked the files a lot of times and nothing worked

also some other guy on reddit had the same problem as me here it is https://www.reddit.com/r/DotA2/comments/1fs9e9i/textureparticles_error_looking_for_a_fix/

visual bug only for me this wont help
