Got a PR for this #23 I'll add another commit in there because the current 10px adjustment for horizontal scroll bar is too hacky and I got an idea how to do in a more robust way. |

Scroll containers in the GUI should consume the mouse scroll events so that the cam doesn't zoom when you scroll.
