1D run in sidereal frame warnings for output timeseries

We should provide better handling and warnings for doing 1D runs (e.g. fixing lon_out) in the sidereal frame. Currently it's necessary to explicitly do a 2D run to properly use the time series extraction functions in huxt_analysis for sidereal runs.
