obl vs. iobj

Hi all,
@nschneid and I are working on annotating CHILDES data in Hebrew with UD, and we weren't quite sure about how the distinction between obl and iobj is made in Hebrew. Is there documentation or some rules of thumb for how this is done?
Alternatively, documentation of the conversion process and the original annotation it was converted from would also be very helpful.
