since we're 2020.3+ (LTS), we can safely drop 2019.4 support and cleanup ILPP code.
obsolete fields/methods are gone, lots of #if UNITY_2020_2_OR_NEWER macros are gone etc.
also ntable is now rpc_func_table and nexec is now rpc_exec_stage for better clarity.

Not going to lie I think the old way was much cleaner :P using defines like this make code sloppy and hard for people to understand.
