Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It is related to #1049

With the actual install script, we can't install Octodash if Octoprint is running on an other Raspberry.
More over with Bonjour services in the first launch of Octodash we can reach remote Octoprint install.
The script only need the Octoprint path to install some plugins as DLP which is mandatory.

Describe the solution you'd like
Remove plugin installation from the install script and move it to the first launch configuration after we connect to Octoprint
