DISPATCHINTERVAL extra column in DISPATCHREGIONSUM #22

DISPATCHREGIONSUM seems to return an extra undocumented column "DISPATCHINTERVAL" .

Example values: 20191231241, 20200131240

Thanks for pointing this out. We'll need to double check whether this column is redundant, or if it is useful and needs to be documented.
