I need help with finding a person

I know it's maybe not the best place, but I don't know that many people who are also playing around with this stuff.

So the problem I'm having, is that my program can't find a person through universal search. Name is rayjenjoeryry_jr. So if anyone could run the search with their program and provide me with the person's ID, so i can just manually add them in my thing, i would greatly appreciate it.
