Clash if multiple GHA tries to write to the same comment

When multiple GHAs (e.g. benchmarking CI and docs preview CI) write to the same comment, it will produce an error

I don't think we can do anything in our DocsDocumenter composite action for this, its already using its own unique identifier for comments, so any repo that uses DocsDocumenter and peter-evans/create-or-update-comment@v4 too in any other workflow should use its own unique identifier instead of default values which find the first comment from github-actions bot.

I have created a PR to Mooncake.jl to use it's own unique comment identifier for CI instead of default comment find action parameters.
