Describe the bug
Users are able to write submission replies when logged out which never succeed when set to reddit.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Logout
Click on any submission
Click on FAB in lower right corner

Expected behavior
Login dialog appears asking the user to login.
