Modify progress bar for class NucleusInstanceSegmentor so you can track overall inference progress

Remove the pbar from infer_once and add it to _predict_one_wsi:

        pbar = tqdm.tqdm(
            desc="Processing Tiles",
            leave=True,
            total=sum(len(set_bounds) for set_bounds, _ in tile_info_sets),
            ncols=80,
            ascii=True,
            position=0,
        )

And then you can just add the pbar.update() to the inner loop.
