Pull Request Review

Perhaps you are discussing this already, but it seems like one killer feature here would be to add a tool for perform_pull_request_review to ask the model to do the code review activity and leave comment or suggestions to approve. Ideally it would be possible to provide additional prompt either through convention or parameter. This would save our team tons of time potentially and increase code quality hopefully as well.
