Not a bug but the following tip from FB might be worth sharing here. It means the clock only gets reset after a cold start; subsequent power on resets benefit by skipping the dot command and network activity by inferring that the job was recently done, at power-up, and is therefore unlikely to need repeating, e.g. in the initial auto program.
