User Story:
As a developer,
I want to update the project documentation to reflect the new ViT and ViTGAN models, so that contributors and users can understand and utilize the updated LesNet.

Acceptance Criteria:
Update the README file to include information about the new ViT and ViTGAN models.
Provide detailed instructions on how to train, evaluate, and deploy the new models.
Include a section on the theoretical background and advantages of using ViT over traditional CNNs.
