Undo/redo history for deleting list items

When editing and accidentally removing a list item, it would be nice if Keystatic supported undo/redo.

Ideas for the UX:

• Add undo + redo icon buttons to the menu bar, that when pressed, undo/redo latest changes. Icons: bent arrow back and bent arrow forward. Example: https://icones.js.org/collection/lucide?s=undo&icon=lucide:undo
• Even better: Support CTRL+Z and CTRL+SHIFT+Z to quickly undo/redo with the keyboard.
• Rename the existing menu action Reset to Reset all changes to clarify the difference with Undo. Maybe also add a confirmation dialog if there are multiple changes.
• Preserve changes in memory in during the browser session.

This is likely a larger feature to implement, but could be a really nice feature for people who spend a lot of time working inside the CMS editors.
