Investigate new sound track generation

Potentially we can use AI now or in the future to generate new tracks from the existing USA, China and GLA soundtracks. This way we could deliver a bit more fresh content for the game with small effort.

Quality standard of ZH soundtracks are too high for the stages AI is in now, it will take a long time before AI can generate compositions and mixes like this, if ever.

I don't really like this idea. No idea what's EA's stance on AI for modding, but they could be against using generative AI for music. Besides, an AI won't produce music of the same quality like Generals/Zero Hour's soundtrack.

I'm not in favor of using AI for generating art/soundtracks in the main patch; the workshop would be a better place for them. I think AI would be useful and non-controversial in these areas:

1. Generating a comment header in each cpp file to describe what this file is used for and provide quick, useful guides. (I'm talking about GeneralsGameCode)
2. Helping to document the code.
3. Improving the quality of existing textures/soundtracks.
