[Feature Request] Default filter of alert case similarity : add "No filter" as an option

Request Description

The "default filter of alert case similarity" currently allows the following options :

• Open Cases
• Open Cases in the last X time
• Resolved Cases

It would be great to add "No filter" to the list of options, so that the user can see all related cases (open AND resolved)
