Problem Description

Attachment files are not deleted from local filesystem storage when task log is deleted.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. configure local filesystem storage
  2. add a new case
  3. add a new task log with attachment
  4. delete the task log from the case: the attachment file still exists in local filesystem storage directory
