Problem Description

A custom field has a name and a reference. The name is used as a Display Name, and the reference is used as an identified when referring to the custom field.

For example, in case.customFields.business-unit, business-unit is the internal reference of the custom field.

This reference, once set during the custom field creation, should be made read only.
Only the name (Display name) can be updated if we want to rename the custom field.
