Describe the bug

  1. untar https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_ZP__mOm0IXDDxSbOBGll02DtZXYBgF5/view?usp=sharing
  2. To run global routing, run ./global-route.sh
  3. To run detailed routing, run NUM_CORES=48 ./detail-route.sh

The routing guide is too close to the macro:

No DRC errors
