Room admins

• Be able to identify who created a room (maybe with some sort of room admin password). That person is the admin
• Load the room with a pre-made list of classes (either admin uploads or use lists we provide like "VCJH classes" or "VCHS classes"
• Edit class-normalization regexes and class-displaying code
• Edit room class-adding abilities
• May be able to post an "announcement" or a convention list
• Edit existing schedules (classes and names)
• Public audit log of all admin edits (and for every schedule maybe a "last edited" time)
• Delete schedules

Currently all schedules are forced to follow the a/b/ block schedule format (because while this app is tailored towards VCS students, I may expand)
