Bulk user unassign

Since 1.9.17 (thanks to sponsorship by eftpos-engineering)

a)Select “Test case or Test suite” in Left Side Tree.
this will display items in Right Side Pane.

b)Press “Check all Testcases” 'Do Button'.
test cases where I want to remove assignment from specific user or users are selected now.

c)Option “Bulk user unassignment” with ComboBox to select the specific user and “Do” Button to complete operation now.
