Can't craft Create Train Tracks

Expected Behavior

I expected to click on the recipe in EMI, however no window appears. I also expected the traditional recipe to work, (two iron nuggets deployed onto an andesite slab, followed by pressing it) by building it in a new world.

Actual Behavior

No recipe is showed upon clicking on the item in EMI, and even if the traditional mechanism to build the tracks is layer out, it does not move. Like there is no recipe loaded to create the tracks.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create or load a world in 0.8.1
2. Search Train Tracks in EMI
3. Click on Train Tracks (all of the train tracks are broken so it doesn't matter which is clicked)
   Alternatively
4. Build an deployer over a depot
5. place an andesite slab on the depot
6. place an iron nugget in the deployer
7. provide rotational power to deployer

Additional Information

My suspicion is that the recipe for tracks is simply not in the game, though the item is.
