Expected Behavior

I expect the fluid drilling rig to give output when supplied with energy

Actual Behavior

the fluid drilling rig doesn't consume energy when supplied and doesn't output fluid

Steps to Reproduce

build a fluid drilling rig and supply with power

Additional Information

it seems to be behaving like any multi-block structure prior to using the maintenance hatch to fix it for the first time, but the fluid drilling rig doesn't have a maintenance hatch to perform repairs

this is a glitch only with fluid drill...

and you can literally look at the fluid drill block and see it is mv-hv not lv

looking though WaterMelwin's past comments, he is a snide prick, blocked
the issue oil is one of the paths to your first plastics and without oil sands in the game oil drilling is one of the few ways to progress to the end of mv, it should function like the rest of the multi-blocks allowing multi energy input to upgrade tiers
