Expected Behavior

Attempting to place the 4 wool cloth in the loom to craft wool blocks.

Actual Behavior

Cannot add more than 2 wool cloth to the loom due to the wool potholder recipes taking priority.

Steps to Reproduce

Place loom.
Grab wool cloth.
Attempt to place wool cloth on loom.
You will be unable to place more than 2 wool cloth on the loom, thus rendering wool blocks uncraftable before an assembler is acquired.
