需求: 每天运行, 物理删除已过期的数据

  1. 需要有审计日志
  2. 回收站表中的记录状态改变(不能删, 不展示在列表中即可)
  3. 删除需要确认成本, 例如目录下十万级部门这类场景需要考虑怎么处理
  4. 需要根据 目录/部门/用户各自的逻辑做一些前置检查, 再执行删除
  5. 事务
