使用GroupAuthorizeLock替代PermTemplatePolicyAuthorized？
点击用户组查看用户组拥有的组权限拉取不到？现在该版本代码用户组绑定权限模板信息已经存在GroupAuthorizeLock对应的表里，但是拉取信息还是去PermTemplatePolicyAuthorized里面获取！！！
