Bump phin and jimp

Removes [phin](https://github.com/ethanent/phin). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [jimp](https://github.com/jimp-dev/jimp). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `jimp` from 0.16.13 to 1.6.0
