FEAT: Logging Enhancements

I have a couple of thoughts regarding the logging interface.

• Live log view: View the logs in (semi) realtime when diagnosing an issue.
• Tail View Logs Tab: Right now when we view logs it starts at the beginning of the day, but often what I need to see will be at the bottom of the file which is truncated.
• DHCP logs tab: When troubleshooting DHCP issues, they often get buried in the DNS logs, would be nice to split them out to a separate tab.

Thanks for the request. Yes, these changes are really needed. Will try to get it added soon but will be giving the clustering feature more priority and will try to update the logging section in later minor releases.
