Seek by subscript/subtitle

This is a feature that Spotify and other Podcast players have. Essentially it is this function: You can open a view that lets you read through the whole subtitles/subscript of a Podcast or a Video. Now when you click on a line of that subscript you jump to the position of the video where this line was spoken.

This could then further be enhanced to search through the spoken lines of a video to find the desired playback position.
