Keep filtering options consistent for all lists

Feature description

Newpipe has recently implemented a new popup for hiding streams for subscription feeds. Let this be implemented for channels and playlists. Include SHOW FIRST at the bottom left corner of the popup. For local playlists, show DELETE option too.

Note that these checkboxes should be separately remembered for feeds, channels and playlists. For example, it should be possible to hide at the same time

1. Partially watched for all channel feeds
2. Upcoming and fully watched for playlists
3. Fully watched for channel pages

Why do you want this feature?

Filter options will be consistent throughout all video lists. Cluttered feed will be a thing of the past.
