PeerTube discoverability UI issue

Feature description

I would like the app drawer to explicitly show PeerTube as an available service, regardless of the instance selected.

The instance could be shown as a subheading below the main PeerTube service heading.

Wild idea: Maybe we could remove the Settings option from the 3-dot menu to force users to open the app drawer.

Wild idea 2: On the first open after install, maybe we could slide out the app drawer automatically, and highlight the fact that we have other services.

Made me wonder how many other people just never bothered with another look at "frametube". That little arrow next to the instance name is most likely not good enough at drawing attention.

If you need more evidence for this, i had to search for this issue in order to figure out where to enable the peertube support, even though i knew it already existed and was searching for it.
