Cleanup NewPipe's GitHub Teams

I recently tried to do a poll with all developers however the @TeamNewPipe/appdev https://github.com/orgs/TeamNewPipe/teams/appdev/members Team seems to be incomplete or contains some users which are inactive so I had to mention each user.

People that are inactive and should/could be removed:

• ❓ https://github.com/theScrabi (don't know how active he is)
• https://github.com/yausername (users seems to be inactive, not on IRC)
• https://github.com/nv95 (users seems to be inactive, not on IRC)
• https://github.com/mauriciocolli (users seems to be inactive, not on IRC)

People that are missing:

• https://github.com/TiA4f8R
• https://github.com/XiangRongLin

The same may also be applicable to https://github.com/orgs/TeamNewPipe/teams/extractordev/members and https://github.com/orgs/TeamNewPipe/teams/webdev/members however I don't know the exact state of the Teams there.

Not to burst you guys' bubble, but thescrabi was the founder of this app.

What does that have to do with this? Scrabi hasn't worked on the app in a long time, so they should be removed from the app team (NOT from Team NewPipe; they will stay there).

We don't wanna share Apple's fate.

Regarding IRC: I hate it since it is too unstructured. Looking through it you have multiple discussion going on at the same time, pausing and continuing at another time. Unless I'm activly tagged I don't look in there anymore.

And yes I'm very inactive since quite a while, because I downloaded Civ6, where most of my free time went into.
Codewise I will probably not be implementing any new user oriented features anymore, because I didn't upgrade to the current version since the UI change in v0.20.0.
I will help with important bugs especially in the extractor or improving the CICD suite.
