Describe the feature you want

Surprise me (dice) button. Play a random video in youtube based on selected local country and different kind of categories (news, technology, sport, science, etc. ,etc.) Like dice button in wikipedia to learn different new things everyday.

Does YouTube offer that functionality? If not, then this isn't possible

Maybe we can do using global and local official lists created by youtube.
