Add annotation/note for playlist entries

Thank you for this great app.

One thing which would be awesome is some kind of annotation / note after adding a video to a playlist.

Context / background story: I add a lot of videos which come my way to a kind of "Watch-It-Later" playlist. I usually only come back to these videos after some weeks or even months. I now realize that this video is a gem but can not remember why I added this video to the playlist or where it came from. It had been nice if I could have added this info when adding this video to the playlist.

Is this something feasible? Can I help / provide more info to make this feature happen? Thanks for your time and work!

Seems extraneous? You could easily build a playlist in a note taking app this way. Same effort, no loss of usability.
