Regain the audio focus post notification when app is in pause state

Feature description

When a notification sound or other short system audio plays while NewPipe is playing media in the background, the playback volume is lowered temporarily as expected.

However, after the notification sound finishes, the playback volume does not return to its original level automatically. The audio remains permanently quieter until the NewPipe app is opened/resumed again.

Why do you want this feature?

Playback volume should automatically return to the previous normal level once the notification sound ends, even while the app remains in the background.

Please test debug apk's from both of interlinked PRs #13284 & #13169 and.. report there if they work in an intended way on your device.
