Popup settings dropdown menus are wonky

Steps to reproduce the bug

Open video in popup
Make sure video is paused and you can see video controls
Tap the resolution, speed or captions

Expected behavior

Open the associated drop down menu
Or increase associated setting to the next option

Actual behavior

Nothing apart from video format appearing when you click resolution

Only after Resizing the popup does the drop down menu
