DASH/HLS option for external players

Feature description

An option next to the External player settings that directly passes HLS/DASH playlist URLs when enabled and available.

Why do you want this feature?

This allows users that have HLS/DASH-capable players (like VLC) to pick format options that would otherwise be video-only, as is the case with YouTube.

Additional information

sidenote: I worry that the 'Open With' dialog might not know how to handle .m3u8 links, but right now, have no way to test.
