Playlist thumbnails failing to load

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Save any videos to a playlist
2. Go to playlists
3. Sometimes the playlist will fail to show the first video and will instead display a grey fast forward symbol as if the video was taken down even though the videos are still there.

Expected behavior

The first video to show up as the thumbnail like it should

Actual behavior

It displays a grey fast forward symbol like the video was taken down even though they're still there not taken down at all

On my device, the thumbnails tend to load 3 to 4 seconds later.
