Add setting to settings to unrememeber default for drag and drop

Describe the bug
Drag and drop can be set as cut or copy from dialog, but it is not clear how to unselect the option later.

Setting it is not the issue, un setting is. Maybe the description should be better. Edit: fixed description.

There is already an option for this in settings, check clear cache. That should clear this one as well.

This is not cache. That shouldn't be the way to clear a setting.

Can rename 'Clear cache' to 'clear defaults' then. The functionality remains the same. It clears any defaults set, be it in drag/drop or the open apps bottom sheet. I think a few more defaults are included.

@VishalNehra that doesn't give the user the option to just unset this setting, how much is reset by clicking that? Why was that button implemented?

Giving option to reset just this setting isn't practical imo. That's like giving too much options, it'll lead to confusing interface.
Most apps provide such option named 'clear cache / defaults' that generally clears all the settings and defaults set within that app. This option follows that principal.

This can be fixed with with windows like Telegram or Anki have IMO.
