Remove testing autonomous modes and add real ones for game (i.e. Do Nothing, Wait, 1Ball, 2Ball, maybe 3Ball).
Add the ability to control delay before autonomous execution (i.e. autonomousDelay on the Dashboard, default to 0) to be flexible for our alliance partners.
