Docs: Resolving broken links in documents

The document is currently being drafted, so I'll post this in the discussion thread instead of the issue tracker.

Some document links appear broken. Would it be okay to file an issue and create a pull request?
For example, the TanStack Devtools Configuration link at the very bottom of the link below is broken.
