[BUG]: Video Playback Icons Missing in Executables #270

Description of the Issue
When hovering over a video preview, none of the on-screen control icons are displayed. I've confirmed this to be broken in both the portable and non-portable Windows builds at the very least.
Additional Info
When using a custom build with a console window, I'm able to see that the icons aren't being found for some reason.
