To run etcd server in docker run
$ docker run -d -p 2379:2379 \
--name etcd \

quay.io/coreos/etcd:latest \
/usr/local/bin/etcd \

To run etcd browser from https://github.com/henszey/etcd-browser I think it is enough to run
docker run --rm --name etcd-browser -p 0.0.0.0:8000:8000 --env ETCD_HOST=10.10.0.1 --env AUTH_PASS=doe -t -i etcd-browser
This should start a server at localhost:8000. If it doesn't see linked repo for full instructions.
To retrieve health check results simply call /health
endpoint.
