Parsing of bullet points in a table incorrect

I rendered the documentation of the extension_builder with the new PHP-based approach and saw that the styling of bullet points is incorrect (see screenshot). On the left side you see the PHP-based rendering and on the right you see the old rendering approach.

As you can see the bullet points in the table are much more visible in the old rendering approach.

I think this might be a problem of parsing not just rendering or styling

This problem comes from the underlying library "guides": phpDocumentor/guides#955

I have found the issue and created a pr for the phpDocumentor/guides project. The issue was caused by some internal logic to make rowspans work which was removing newlines. This broke the parsing of the cell content.
